BEIJING (Reuters) - China's economy is growing faster with every month and its overall recovery is improving, Vice Premier Li Keqiang was quoted as saying on Tuesday.

The comments by Li, reported by the official Xinhua news agency, were among the most optimistic by Chinese officials since the economy began to bounce back from the global financial crisis.
Investors have been paying close attention to the wording used by Chinese leaders to describe the economy for any indication of whether or when they might begin to tighten monetary policy or rein in the fiscal stimulus.
Typically, leaders have qualified their optimism about the recovery with warnings that it was not yet on solid ground. In its brief report, Xinhua did not say whether Li had added such a caveat.
China was to announce its third-quarter gross domestic product growth on Thursday.
The country's benchmark stock index was up more than 1 percent on Tuesday after a series of analysts and government researchers said GDP might have risen by more than 9 percent in the third quarter from a year earlier.
